We are a community of friends with a variety of health “problems” that have made us appreciate our friendship that much more. We have found healing (literally) and joy in sharing recipes and tips with one another to make food delicious despite our need for big changes in the way we eat. Our families enjoy “clean” meals, snacks and treats together, and we have found that our friends genuinely like our food too!
